Pick-Up Orders - Home Office - A $4.95 Handling Charge is added to all orders to be picked up at the Home Office in Milford, Connecticut. These orders may be picked up on the first business day following order placement and they must be picked up within 5-business days. Pick up order hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pick-Up Orders - Puerto Rico - A $4.95 Handling Charge is added to all orders picked up at FreeLife’s Office in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Orders are usually available on the same business day they are placed. To confirm order pick up availability call 1-800-541-4138.

Alaska and Hawaii - All shipping methods available.

Puerto Rico - orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail shipping time is 2 to 3 business days. Expected delivery is 3 to 4 business days.

APO/FPO - orders can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time will be 2 to 3 business days for USPS Priority Mail PLUS the time for APO/FPO to deliver package.

U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa - Standard Service orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority Mail shipping time is approximately 10 business days. Express Service orders require an additional $15.50 charge and are shipped USPS Express Mail. Shipping time is approximately 5 business days.
